It happens to everyone! The sleepless night due to not being able to turn your brain off is not a lot of fun and causes our patience to wear thin the next day. Generally defusers (which can be purchased almost anywhere) usually run for 2 to 4 hours at a time and will turn themselves off when the time limit has been reached or the water has been defused. My family turns their defusers on about a half hour before bedtime; when the kids go to their rooms to read. The defusers helps them relax their bodies and tells their brain it’s bed time. The kids are falling asleep faster, stay asleep all night and are easier to get out of bed in the morning, for the most part :-). We can tell they are sleeping better when the defusers are on during the night.
